Adding snow effect -non JavaScript- to blog

Do you have a blog that's not supported to use javascript gadget?? Do you want to add snow effect to your blog so it will looks better?? But how??? Ok.. if you want to add just use the following way...

• First, Log in to your blog e.g. Multiply, and then click 'Customize My Site' and edit one of many widgetbox e.g. Welcome box.
